Lagoon Valley is a hidden gem that is situated between San Francisco and Sacramento, with easy access from Hwy. 80.
Lagoon Valley was home to many native american tribes. The area’s original inhabitants were Patwins of the Wintun tribe, which covered a swath of Northern California from Redding to the Bay Area.
Some of the trails that you will be running on are century's old hunting and trading trails of the Wintun Tribe.
