How do I get my race bib?

 We have pre-race bib pick-up available at various locations one to two days prior to race day. Locations for each race are posted on each specific event page, For an extra charge, bibs and shirts can be mailed out. Bibs can also be picked up on race morning, come early so you don't miss your race time.

Aid Stations / Porta Potty's

Aid stations are stocked with both plain water and water with electrolytes. The number of aid stations depends on trail access and race distance. Each event page map will show the location of each aid station. Porta potty's and park bathroom facilities will always be available at each event.,typically at the start/finish line area.

Registration reimbursement.

 The race goes on rain or shine, and like any other race event company we do not offer refunds. We do understand that family emergencies happen unexpectedly, so we offer a 50% credit towards a future event if notified within two weeks of race day.

Ear Buds.

No problem, just keep the volume low enough so you can hear emergency notifications from event personnel. Some of the trails are narrow, so you must be able to hear the runners that may want to pass you.

Medals, awards and age groups.

In all our races we break down the results by gender and age, from 2 to 5 year age separation. Finishing medals to all runners and awards 5 deep in each category.

Walker, hikers etc.

We want you to enjoy your experience with us. We have very generous completion time limits.
