Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

Event Shirt / Race Bib/ Miscellaneous Info.

  • Last day to order event shirt is 2 weeks from event date .
  • Bibs: Please review race web site for bib pick-up locations. You can always pick up your bib on race day, but we prefer you to pick your bib up on the day before .

Baby strollers : allowed on certain courses only.  Please see main race page to see if a course is acceptable for a baby stroller. 

Aid Stations / Porta Potty's

Aid stations are stocked with both plain water and water with electrolytes. Salty food snacks available at each aid station for all events of 10 miles or longer. The number of aid stations and porta potty's depends on trail access and race distance. Each event page map will show the location of each aid station. 

Registration reimbursement, last minute changes and guarantee.

 The race goes on rain or shine, and like any other race event company we do not offer refunds. We do understand that family emergencies happen unexpectedly, so we offer a 50% credit towards a future event if notified within two weeks of race day. 

How do I keep on the right trail?

It's always the runners responsibility to know the course markings. We have established a standard color coding for each distance. 

Each course is marked with corresponding colors. 5k = green, 10k = black, 1/2 marathon = blue, etc.

Medals, awards and age groups.

In all our races we break down the results by gender and age, from 2 to 7 year age separation. Finishing medals to all runners and awards to over all female / male in each category (race.)

Walker, hikers etc.

We want you to enjoy your experience with us. We have very generous completion time limits.  Walkers and hikers are always welcomed for most events of 13 miles or shorter.
